Questions
Which text files can I upload?
Plain .txt files. Markdown (.md) works too, with its formatting kept.
How is a text file priced?
Every 2,000 characters count as one page. You see the page count and the credits before anything starts.
What do I get back?
The translated .txt, plus a PDF to read and a bilingual PDF with each paragraph next to the original.
Is my document private?
Files are deleted after 7 days on the free plan and 30 days on Pro, or the moment you press Delete. We don't use your documents to train AI models, and the translation models only get the text to translate, never your name or email.
Can I try before translating everything?
Yes. "Try 3 pages first" translates just the start of the file, charged for those pages only. Translate the whole file afterwards and those pages aren't charged again.
