Automatic credit refunds
You never pay for pages we did not deliver:
- Failed or canceled jobs — the full credit hold is returned.
- Partly delivered jobs — you are charged only for the pages delivered; the rest of the hold is returned.
- Trial runs — if you translated the first 3 pages as a trial and then translate the whole document into the same language at the same tier, the trial pages are not charged twice.
- Scanned pages in a PDF that we cannot translate yet are kept as they are and are not charged.
These refunds happen automatically and appear in your credit history.
Money-back refunds
- Page packs: a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used none of the pack's credits. If you have used some, write to us; we refund the unused share when the translations did not work for you.
- Pro subscription: you can cancel at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. A first-time subscription is refunded in full within 14 days if you have used no more than 20 of its credits. Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law requires.
- Quality problems: if a translation was clearly broken (for example garbled layout or missing pages) and re-running it did not help, write to us with the job link; we return the credits or refund the payment.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
