Translate Word documents, styles and all
Drop a .docx file. You get a Word document back that looks like yours, only in the new language.
PowerPoint, Excel, scanned PDFs and images are next on the list.
What stays the way you made it
Styles and structure
Headings, bold and italic, lists, tables, headers and footers keep their formatting; only the words change.
Bilingual Word file
Ask for the bilingual version and every paragraph is followed by its translation, handy for reviewing with a colleague.
Your terms, every time
Attach a glossary so product names and key terms are translated the same way throughout the document.

Questions
Which Word files can I upload?
Word documents in .docx format. Older .doc files: open them in Word or LibreOffice and save as .docx first.
How is a Word document priced?
Every 2,000 characters of text count as one page. You see the page count and the credits before anything starts.
Will tracked changes and comments be translated?
We translate the document's body text, tables, headers and footers. Accept or reject tracked changes before uploading for the cleanest result.
Is my document private?
Files are deleted after 7 days on the free plan and 30 days on Pro, or the moment you press Delete. We don't use your documents to train AI models, and the translation models only get the text to translate, never your name or email.
Can I try before translating everything?
Yes. "Try 3 pages first" translates just the start of the file, charged for those pages only. Translate the whole file afterwards and those pages aren't charged again.
