Deleting things yourself

• A document: Library → ⋯ → Delete. The source file, every output, the viewer data and the engine's copies are removed at once; download links stop working immediately.
• Your account: Settings → Profile → Delete account. All documents and translations are deleted; job records go with the account.

AI providers

The AI models we use keep nothing: every request is sent with zero data retention to endpoints that do not store prompts or outputs (see the Privacy Policy).

Backups

Database backups (account and billing records, not your files) are kept for 14 days and then overwritten. Deleted records disappear from backups within that window.
